Mohammad Shakeel Abro

Mr. Abro is engaged with civil society organizations, public & private sector in different parts of Pakistan, and abroad since 15 years. At present he is working with Govt. of Pakistan as Provincial Chief Sindh in Aik Hunar Aik Nagar-One village One product-Pakistan. The not for profit company is dealing with the artisans sector and aimed at reducing poverty.
Mr. Abro has demonstrated ability and expertise in strengthening the capacity of community-based and mid level NGOs and alliances. He did his Masters in Business Administration-MBA with specialization in Marketing and Masters in Economics from IBA Univ. of Sindh. He participated in training course in Managing People and Organizations from LUMS under LUMS-McGill University (Canada) Social Enterprise Management Program for Pakistan. In addition to this Institute of International Education Development-IIED San Francisco under Leadership Development Mechanism (LDM) awarded him a fellowship for undertaking an International development course on Management of Reproductive Health Services from Nairobi-Kenya.
He participated and presented research papers in various international conferences, seminars, workshops, training program’s and exposure visits.
